Net Spy Pro is the ultimate combination network monitoring and administration software tool suite. Net Spy Pro monitors activity on your network such as keystrokes typed, web sites visited and more. The same interface also controls vital client PC functions such as viewing a PCs current desktop, sending a message to a PC, application launching, screenshot viewing and more.

Net Spy Pro Software Overview
Net Spy Pro is a software application by Retina-X Studios, the creators of AceSpy. Net Spy Pro gives a network supervisor or administrator the tools they need to monitor and filter employee PC activity. Net Spy Pro also boasts network administration tools allowing them to perform various tasks on remote PCs all from the comfort of their own workstation.
Net Spy Pro runs in total stealth and is hidden within the Application Task List in Windows Task Manager. No icons or other traces of the software will be displayed on the desktop or start menu. The network administrator can access their hidden control panel from anywhere within the network or from one central location.


Net Spy Pro Network Monitoring Details
Net Spy Pro features two different types of network monitoring. The first type is that of live monitoring. Certain functions can be performed live to instantly "check-up" on a user. The second type of monitoring is logged monitoring. This monitoring type captures specific activity and stores it on the server for later viewing.

Live Monitoring
Net Spy Pro can perform certain functions that allow a supervisor to check-in on a user to see if they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. For instance they can instantly view a user's desktop to see what they are doing at that specific time. See below for a complete list of Net Spy Pro live monitoring functions.

Logged Monitoring
After installing Net Spy Pro onto a network, it immediately begins to record all activity on client PCs. Activity such as emails, web sites, chat conversations and much more is recorded. Net Spy Pro sends the data through the network to be logged in a folder on the server.
When an administrator wants to view the activity of a client PC, they login to their all-in-one hidden control panel. This control panel allows them to view all of the activity logs recorded for any PC by date and time. It is the same control panel which houses all of Net Spy Pro's other functions.
Logs can be exported for storage and are standard JPG images and text files. Logs can be printed from within the interface. See below for a complete list of what Net Spy Pro records.

Net Spy Pro Network Administration Details
Nearly all Network Administrators could save a lot of time using a utility that can perform certain vital PC functions quickly. For example, a network administrator might need to reboot a PC. Usually they would need to physically walk to the PC to reboot it. With Net Spy Pro they can reboot a remote PC and perform numerous other important tasks all from their own PC workstation.

Web Site Blocking
Most companies with networks are faced with the dilemma of having unsupervised employees. This allows employees to go to perhaps their favorite online gaming site and play games all day. With Net Spy Pro, a network supervisor can filter this and other types of content on their network. Net Spy Pro can block any web site you specify from ever being launched. When a user tries to go to a web site listed in the supervisor-created block list, their browser will completely close.

Application Blocking
In addition to keeping a list of web sites that can't be accessed, a network supervisor can create a list to block specific applications from being launched by keyword. If an application on this user-created block list is clicked on, it will not launch. This allows the network supervisor to restrict certain applications that they do not want their employees to use. An example of this is a chat program or a web browser.

Net Spy Pro Stealth Deployment Details

Deployment of Net Spy Pro is a simple and stealthy task. A Net Spy Pro administrator simply installs the software on their PC and each of the computers to be monitored. Net Spy Pro will then run on each PC in total stealth mode. It will be hidden from the user's Application Task List in Windows Task Manager. No icons or other traces of the software will be displayed on the desktop or start menu. After each computer has Net Spy Pro installed, it begins recording the activity of each PC.
